I called a few companies and with one I got their powerpoint sales pitch to replace everything before they even went on the roof to inspect it. Matt Stever at Sela was different. No sales pitch. He listened to me, looked at the roof, and came up with a plan and schedule. Jose from Sela showed up on schedule and the work was done quickly. This is the 2nd time I have used Sela and I would trust them a 3rd time if needed.
Sela performed a gutter and downspout replacement at our house, including a gutter cap intended to prevent me from clambering up on our second-story roof twice a year while in my 70s. They were great on service and responsiveness; only my orthopedic surgeon has regrets. Sela has also reroofed our house in the past, and we highly recommend them for any purpose.
Sela came in and replaced my roof which was damaged by a hail storm. They also replaced a lot of flashing, the gutters and downspouts, replaced some framing around the edge of the building and tuckpointed/repaired the chimney. A great job all around by all of their crews on a very complex job.
