Before your project begins, Sela pulls all necessary permits to ensure all local code compliances.
Before starting construction, a member of our production staff will call to confirm the details and set clear expectations for a smooth project.
Depending on the scope of your project, multiple trade groups may be involved, which could require separate timelines.
The scheduled crews will arrive and work on your project, followed by a clean up at the end of each day.
Upon completion, we’ll perform a final clean up, provide a final invoice, close all permits and ensure that all works has passed the final inspection.

Again this year 2024 our house had considerable storm damage. The total amount was over $85,000, In the middle of the night... we heard a crashing sound and water started to come through our ceiling. During a wind and rain storm major branches broke from our oak trees and landed on the roof, on our deck and four season porch. I immediately called our insurance company and Sela Roofing. Sela responded in the middle of the night offering to have the roof temporarily patched to prevent further water damage.Sela Roofing did all the negotiations with our insurance company to repair the roof, reconstruct our deck and replace a very large sliding glass door in our four-season porch. In addition there were several miscellaneous issues such as damage to the rain gutters, siding damage, and damage to our shed.Sela assigned a construction manager who worked very closely with us. The construction manager inspected all phases of the work and coordinated with the insurance company, suppliers, and tradespersons.The work was done with no delays. The workers assigned by Sela were extremely professional and skilled.We could not be happier with the work that was performed by Sela Roofing and Construction Company. I went with Sela for my roof replacement and I'm really glad I did. I had a few different quotes and Sela came in with a... competitive price. In the end I went with Sela not really knowing anything about any of the companies but I remember seeing Sela commercials since I was a kid and I figured they must know what they are doing if they've been in business this long. Anyway, the crew showed up all in Sela vehicles which was great as everyone working on my roof was with Sela and not subcontracted. I was a bit concerned with the fact that I have seamless steel siding, not really sure how they would get the new flashing installed under it but they know what they are doing and installed everything without any issues. They also removed all the siding around the chimney to flash all the way up the saddle behind it and reinstalled. I really love the remote control skylight as well. Everything looks really great and I'm a very happy customer.read more

We had a first time experience with damage to our roof and gutters due to a bad storm in late August 2024 that resulted in... large tree limbs falling on our home. We called SELA (who had previously done a maintenance inspection of our roof a few years earlier and told us we had a few years left on the roof - no need to replace - which we appreciated the honest feedback with no sales pitch). They responded right away and Adam Schuster worked with us throughout the process of getting insurance inspections completed, dealing directly with our insurance claim person to explain and rectify what was needed to return our roof and gutters to good condition. We were very anxious to get the work done before winter. They were able to get the work done by mid November. There was an issue with a siding piece that was repaired to our satisfaction. I called Sela because we had experience with them from a previous roof replacement many years ago. Also, the contractor that had initially contacted us from an unsolicited visit in our neighborhood had informed us of damage, but was more interested in the amount of money our insurance carrier was offering to settle the claim than provide us with an estimate and identify areas of damage.
