Sela (and Matt specifically) did a great job on my fathers home. They were competitive, communicative and thorough. There was some flashing / siding repair that needed to be finished after the roof and that was done promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend!

They installed a new roof and leaf-guard gutters on our house 8 years ago, doing a job that exceeded our expectations. So when a very large tree fell on our house during a recent storm, Sela was the roofer we called for repairs. They sent out Luis to assess the damage and dispatched Juan to make the repairs. Both are very experienced professionals, customer-oriented and eager to care for our needs. Juan expertly completed the repairs in a timely manner on an extremely hot day. Aside from the roofing and repair staff, we also feel that Sela customer service and project management staff are excellent: they answer requests promptly and dispatch help in a timely manner.

The crew was professional, efficient, and did excellent work. Sela wasn't the cheapest bid that we got, but you get what you pay for. We have worked with Sela a couple of times over the past 5 years, and they have been great to work with. Last summer we had a hailstorm and had people knocking on our door daily for a few weeks pushing to have us sign a contract and they would take care of everything. I called Sela and they sent Kevin out and he inspected our roof and handled everything professionally and worked with insurance adjuster to help us decide the best course of action. They replaced our roof and gutters/downspouts, and the workers were awesome, and the whole experience was first rate. Sela is a great local company to work with and we won't use anyone else!!

We were awaken by a car hitting the house. Everyone was fine in the house; the driver fled.Sela has able to do the repairs inside and outside. The estimate was done in a timely manner. We recently worked with Sela to have out 15 year old hail- damaged roof replaced. We chose to work with Sela upon the recommendation of friends who had worked with them to repair their roof. I love my roof, siding and gutters! Carey Lifson and the whole Sela crew are amazing. We have a typical Minneapolis sized house, yet Carey treated us as if we owned a mansion, making sure everything went exactly as planned and checking in during every step of the process. We highly recommend Sela. Luis Hernandez worked with us to resolve structural issues with the old roof. The workmanship of the roofers, carpenters and painters was excellent and everyone we worked with was very professional. In late September 2023 I realized that I had experienced some hail damage from the big August storm. I contacted my insurance and they approved a replacement.Ok, so first of all there are/were dozens of possible choices for roof replacement, and I live out of state, so like most people I asked a few people I knew and read some reviews. I took a swing and chose Sela Roofing.My local contact was Brent Linnemeyer,. Nothing but absolutely positive things to report. After contact I received a detailed breakdown of the charges and a request for a small down-payment. Brent was super responsive and accommodating, answering all my questions etc. They really know how to navigate the insurance puzzle, getting the most out of your policy.During the process, it was discovered that I needed decking, as the old boards were not up to code. Brent and the people at Sela did all the work, I never had to call my insurance. They got the add-ons, and all of the $ for the roof. FYI, they started at 8am and were basically finished in 1 day. Totally cleaned up the following day.Seriously, it was so smooth my neighbor Schultzy hired them for his roof too!If I could give more stars I would.P

On July 13 we had a hail storm here in Oakdale, MN. We reached out to Sela to have our roof and siding inspected. Our roof was replaced in 2022 and the siding was installed in 2017. We were contacted by Matt Stever. Matt did a walk around checking the siding then inspected the roof. Matt then provided a positive review that there was no damage to the siding and nothing to worry about on the roof. Matt was very professional, demonstrated deep knowledge of siding and roofing. Sela Roofing and Remodeling recently completed installing a new roof at my home in Apple Valley and I can't say enough positive words about the experience. From the time Matt met with my insurance adjuster (successfully), to choosing the option, to scheduling, to the work itself, it was a great experience. They even completed the job and clean up in one day! Then they replaced two downspouts and reattached siding on the side of my house. I seldom write reviews but this a job well done and deserves mention!

Had Levi come out to inspect my roof and give me an estimate for some work. Turned out the roof was in good shape except for an issue with one of the vents on the roof which Levi fixed while he was up there. Even though I didn't need any work done, when I do need it, I will definitely be calling Sela.

Sela roofed my house. They did a good job. They also checked my covered gutters and fixed the skylights on my sun porch. My biggest problem was after the hail damage last August. They would not submit enough proof to my insurance company. I had to find outside help for that and it took many months to get my insurance company to pay for it.

Last summer we had need to replace our 22 year-old roof. We selected Sela from a group of 3 quotes, based on their reputation, competitive pricing, and responsiveness of their sales team. We also had strong recommendations from nextdoor neighbors. Bryan, our sales rep, provided excellent information and options. He was true to his word. The construction crew took a few days to complete the work -- totally understandable during the hottest week of last summer. They worked very hard and their cleanup was exceptional. As important, they repaired a couple damaged areas promptly. This year will make 4 homes in a row on our block with new Sela roofs! We are very happy with our new roof, and recommend strong consideration of Sela for roofing jobs.

Seal took care of roof damage from a large hail storm last fall. The work and professionalism of the crew who did the work was fantastic. The work was well done, the site cleaned incredible well and the coordination with insurance was good. Would highly recommend them.

Where do I start?! This company is phenomenal. Large enough to get it done right and quick, but still only location is the Twin Cities and not some national giant. From start to finish they are always the best and have done more than one roof for me!
