Trusted Roofing Contractor Serving the Twin Cities Metro

It is a pleasure to reflect on the experience of entrusting our roofing project to Sela. Today, 25 years later Sela has just completing roofing our home again. As good as our experience was then, and it was, it was even better this time around. From helping us understand the quality materials to be used, to the experience of seeing their phenomenal work, and the care that they showed to our home. Sela is awesome. We thank you!

What began as replacing our roof and north facing siding from hail damage from a storm, turned into getting all new insulation and fixing water damaged/rotted areas from years prior on both the roof and north exterior studs. From start to finish Matt Stever & his SELA team were on it, working with our insurance adjustor and us to bring down our cost as much as possible, making the final cost we owe reasonable. The craftsmanship of SELA’s subcontractors who removed the plywood and original to the house siding boards, replaced and sister boarded rotted areas from water damage, and then reinsulated and sided our north facing wall, was top tier. The subcontracted Air Seal Tech Insulation team under Brian Larson was unbelievable and amazing at insulating our very unique and challenging remodeled home, getting into the smallest of spaces and insulating areas of the roof that were only accessible from the outside. We are SO grateful to Matt, SELA, and their team of subcontractors who worked on our house. We highly highly recommend them if you want your project done with excellence!

With referral from a neighbor, we hired Sela for roof replacement (house and shed - Aug 2026). Brent L. was an awesome rep -- attentive to the many details involved and kept us informed throughout the whole process; way above average service. Equally important, the work done was excellent, including special requests and some tricky gutter work on the house, as well as major soffit and facia reconstruction on our utility shed -- better than expected and honestly better than I could've done myself. Fair & transparent pricing, flexible scheduling, great service, and quality work product -- Thanks very much Brent & the Sela crews that worked on our project!!

I had Sela install a new roof 3 years ago. Small branches had worn some of the shingles away. Kiko came out and inspected the roof, repaired the worn spot and added additional screws around vents and chimney. All covered by my warranty. Thank you for the great service, Sela.
