I had originally called Sela out just for an estimate on windows, siding , gutters TROY came out for the estimate and was very knowledgeable and helpful wasn't planning on having nothing done till next spring but after talking with TROY and having him walk threw the process with me I decided to have the work done with Sela . TROY helped with every aspect of the remodeling starting at color scheme to getting My dream sliding doors . When the process started everything went smoothly and efficiently from the new windows to new door than the siding crew was great ,friendly to the electrician who installed new outside lights and the gutter crew . TROY had told me from the start that he would get me to the finish line with smooth sailing and I couldn't be more pleased with how my house has transformedWould highly recommend Sela and TROY

I had a great experience working with Kevin Hays to replace my roof. After interviewing a few companies, I was convinced that Sela would be the best for value for money and attention to detail. Again this year 2024 our house had considerable storm damage. The total amount was over $85,000, In the middle of the night we heard a crashing sound and water started to come through our ceiling. During a wind and rain storm major branches broke from our oak trees and landed on the roof, on our deck and four season porch. I immediately called our insurance company and Sela Roofing. Sela responded in the middle of the night offering to have the roof temporarily patched to prevent further water damage.Sela Roofing did all the negotiations with our insurance company to repair the roof, reconstruct our deck and replace a very large sliding glass door in our four-season porch. In addition there were several miscellaneous issues such as damage to the rain gutters, siding damage, and damage to our shed.Sela assigned a construction manager who worked very closely with us. The construction manager inspected all phases of the work and coordinated with the insurance company, suppliers, and tradespersons.The work was done with no delays. The workers assigned by Sela were extremely professional and skilled.We could not be happier with the work that was performed by Sela Roofing and Construction Company. We experienced no negative surprises.The advantage of having Sela Roofing and Construction Company do the roofing, carpenter work, staining and sliding glass door replacement made life significantly easier for our family.

I went with Sela for my roof replacement and I'm really glad I did. I had a few different quotes and Sela came in with a competitive price. In the end I went with Sela not really knowing anything about any of the companies but I remember seeing Sela commercials since I was a kid and I figured they must know what they are doing if they've been in business this long. Anyway, the crew showed up all in Sela vehicles which was great as everyone working on my roof was with Sela and not subcontracted. I was a bit concerned with the fact that I have seamless steel siding, not really sure how they would get the new flashing installed under it but they know what they are doing and installed everything without any issues. They also removed all the siding around the chimney to flash all the way up the saddle behind it and reinstalled. I really love the remote control skylight as well. Everything looks really great and I'm a very happy customer.

Sela did a great job replacing our roof. Dan Kinning worked for us with our insurance company and he stayed on top of everything and was there to answer our many questions. We appreciate the crew who worked on the roof plus the staff who works in the office. They all did a great job and were always professional! I needed asphalt and membrane roofing, a chimney rebuild from the roof up and gutter replacement, along with repairs to siding. I also needed special gutter work to prevent damage to siding in the future. Sela coordinated the work well and did not hesitate to address my concerns. They worked with my insurance company on the roof and gutters. The Sela representative was helpful and kept me informed on project status. I am very pleased with their work.

We had a first time experience with damage to our roof and gutters due to a bad storm in late August 2024 that resulted in large tree limbs falling on our home. We called SELA (who had previously done a maintenance inspection of our roof a few years earlier and told us we had a few years left on the roof - no need to replace - which we appreciated the honest feedback with no sales pitch). They responded right away and Adam Schuster worked with us throughout the process of getting insurance inspections completed, dealing directly with our insurance claim person to explain and rectify what was needed to return our roof and gutters to good condition. We were very anxious to get the work done before winter. They were able to get the work done by mid November. There was an issue with a siding piece that was repaired to our satisfaction. The end product looks great. Adam was very good to work with and we won’t hesitate to call SELA again if needed.

Adam Schuster from Sela Roofing came out to inspect, view and provide us with an estimate to handle all our storm related damage to the roof, gutter and awning from the August 2023 Hail storm. I called Sela because we had experience with them from a previous roof replacement many years ago. Also, the contractor that had initially contacted us from an unsolicited visit in our neighborhood had informed us of damage, but was more interested in the amount of money our insurance carrier was offering to settle the claim than provide us with an estimate and identify areas of damage. I will not work with anyone without a written estimate..The job was completed in the time frame that was acceptable for us and all the phases of the contract were completed with care and excellent expertise. The clean up was phenomenal and we would highly recommend Adam Schuster and the entire Sela team to anyone in need of a highly qualified and skilled roofing and storm damage contractor.

Finding a flat roof professional last summer was difficult. Sela's front end estimating was organized and efficient. The sales manager and on site crew organized and completed the work within the schedule I requested. The roofers were professional, knowledgable, and communicative. The payment process was easy, and the final paperwork was handled efficiently. Although priced higher than some, Sela delivered good value on a tight schedule.

I had damage done to my house this August from a storm. The team at Seal was very easy to work with, and kept me and my insurance agent up to date on the work needed so I could get it all covered. Sela Roofing and Remodeling did a fantastic job on replacing my roof deck and roof, gutters, and painted my fascia and window openings. It was all replaced because of storm damage. My contractor was Luis Hernandez. He explained all the detailed information with me about selecting shingles, obtaining a permit from the city, and how the whole process would work. He coordinated with my insurance company, and all I paid was my deductible, like Luis said.The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality was perfect. I would highly recommend Sela to everyone.

Adam with Sela did an amazing job fixing our roof after a storm. The workmanship was fantastic and Adam worked directly with insurance. There were very minor issues noticed after the work was complete and Adam/Sela rectified them surprisingly quickly after they were notified.

The process was clear, smooth and better then expected

Sela provided us with a new roof because of hail storm (for the third time!) and also fixed a few gutters. They are professional and accommodating and reasonably priced. We will use them again.

Brian Shallsbetter is the best to work with. He is very knowledgeable and brings many years of experience to the table. We had a hailstorm come through in ‘22 and I worked with him that time. We had a new roof, gutters, and window wraps put on that time and he was great in explaining to us the process. Fast forward to May of this year. Another hailstorm with all of the same damage as ‘22. Brian was the first one I called. He took care of everything…again. He is always friendly and makes himself available to you and the insurance companies for site meets. Although I don’t want this happening again, if I do, Brian will again be the first person I call!!

He was willing to answer all my questions and involved me in the discussion when the team came to do a walk through before the project was started. Our project manager, Brent Linnemeyer, was a true professional who never acted as a salesperson, but gave us fantastic advice, and he really cared about our satisfaction and the long-term appeal of the decisions that we were making about our home.

When I discovered an issue with my roof, I called Sela because I knew they had a solid reputation. Carey came out quickly to inspect and got the process rolling. Honestly it could not have been easier! The day of the work, the crew showed up on time and did an incredible job - even when they found my roof decking wasn’t up to current code, they fixed that and still got it done. Everyone at Sela was professional, thorough, and friendly - I can’t recommend them enough!

First off this company was very professional. The office staff and scheduler were very friendly and easy to work with. Louis the sales rep was knowledgeable on their products and explained every details of the contract before I signed it. There was an unseen issue with my roof but Louis called immediately to explain and resolve the issue.This was an end of season job so they sent out two crews on my job. The project manager was very considerate of my gutters/leaf guards. He placed a foam buffering the ladder and gutters to eliminate damaging them. The clean up on the ground was done well and I would highly recommend Sela Roofing.

Our siding project was done professionally and efficiently. The workers, removing our old lead paint-contaminated siding, and replacing with new siding worked long days from sunrise to sunset, taking only a lunch break. We saved the wood in the front which they repainted. Everyone was respectful and kind. Highly recommend.
